The sign says worlds best cheese curds - YEP! I consider myself a connoisseur of cheese curds and these are seriously the best I've ever had! Besides that, they have a great fish fry, welcoming staff, plenty of outdoor seating and very clean. Worth the stop!
Great little place off the beaten path. We have a family cabin always looking for a non-touristy place. The burger was amazing & i mist go back to try the beer crust pizza. Sure looked good. Staff were so friendly and funny.
My husband and I had the Halibut deep fried, potato pancakes, baked beans ( they were yuck). The fish was good. Potato pancakes were so so ( I've had better). It was really surprising to find this restaurant out in the country. But nice location! The service was quick and the ambiance was very nice.
My husband and I did the Friday night fish fry. We both had the stuffed flounder. This also comes with slaw, potato of your choice, baked beans and bread. Slaw and baked beans were homemade with a fantastic flavor. The fish plate was outstanding. Service was fantastic. The cost of this huge and succulent meal was very little for what you get in quality and serving size. Highly recommended.
Cheese curd paradise Sports memorabilia Great food and great beer My traveling companion found this place on Trip Advisor. 15-20 minute drive from Wisconsin Dells. Lived up to the good reviews. Old biker bar that was bought about ten years ago and seriously upgraded by the new owner, Rich. Super friendly guy. Chatted for quite awhile. The cheese curds are bomb. Described to me as Minnesota State Fair curds but with Wisconsin cheese. The breading was super light and they were melt in your mouth. Cheese pizza had super thin crust but super cheesy. Really good! Had a a couple bites of the fried perch. Also fantastic! Sports stuff all over the place. Although the owner is from Sconnie, he told us he was pulling for the Vikings over the Kitties tomorrow. I'll take it although I was wearing a Twins beanie and he saw me snapping pics.
